At Change of Perspective CIC, our work begins with a simple but important belief: research should not only study communities, it should empower them. For too long, many talented professionals and community organisations have been excluded from the spaces where knowledge is produced and decisions are shaped.
Through this organisation, my goal is to help create pathways for professionals, and initiatives to participate in, lead, and influence research in meaningful ways. By strengthening research capacity, building partnerships, and valuing lived experience alongside academic expertise, we can help develop evidence that is more inclusive, more accurate, and ultimately more capable of driving lasting social change.
