Our Services
At Change of Perspective CIC, we offer expert-led services that combine critical research, community insight, and inclusive practice. Our work supports organisations, schools, governing bodies, local authorities, and community groups to address inequality and create meaningful, evidence-informed change
Training and Workshops
We provide specialist training and development opportunities for professionals, volunteers, and community members. Our workshops are designed to build knowledge, shift perspectives, and create practical tools for action.
Our core themes include:
Commercialisation for Impact – practical workshops on how to translate research, programmes, and community initiatives into sustainable business models.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) – advancing inclusive practice across education, sport, and health sectors.
Race, Racism and Anti-Oppression Practices – embedding anti-racist strategies and cultural competence in organisations.
Inclusive Research Methods and Reflexivity – supporting ethical, participatory, and context-sensitive approaches to inquiry.
SEND Awareness and Inclusive Participation – ensuring children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities are supported effectively.
Safeguarding, Advocacy and Lived Experience-Led Training – empowering communities through safe, ethical, and authentic engagement.
All training sessions are tailored to your organisational context and delivered through interactive, reflective, and practical formats. Our approach ensures participants leave with actionable strategies that can be applied immediately within their professional or community roles.
We design and deliver rigorous, applied research projects that are both academically credible and practically relevant. Our approach bridges the gap between knowledge creation and commercial application, ensuring that insights do not remain on paper but are translated into tools, services, and models that create measurable impact.
Our expertise includes:
Qualitative and Participatory Research – capturing lived experiences through interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic approaches.
Community-Based Research and Lived Experience Methodologies – co-producing knowledge with those most affected by social issues.
Programme and Intervention Evaluation – measuring effectiveness, outcomes, and scalability.
Policy Analysis and Needs Assessments – identifying gaps, priorities, and opportunities for systemic change.
Impact and Process Evaluations – ensuring that initiatives deliver sustainable value for communities and stakeholders.
Research Commercialisation – translating findings into viable products, toolkits, training programmes, and income-generating models for long-term sustainability.
We specialise in working with minoritised communities, ensuring that research is inclusive, ethical, and socially grounded. By embedding commercialisation pathways into our research practice, we help partners move beyond temporary projects to develop scalable, sustainable solutions that deliver both social good and economic resilience.
